About Attorney Nagi

Nagi was born in Yemen and moved to the United States at a young age, where he grew up in New York City. His personal experience as an immigrant became a strong motivation for pursuing a career in law—particularly immigration law—with the goal of helping individuals facing similar legal challenges.

Nagi earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York. He later earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Hofstra University School of Law, where he focused on federal law and immigration law.

Attorney Reyadh Nagi has experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including political and humanitarian asylum applications, deportation and removal defense before immigration courts, family reunification, permanent residency (green card) applications, and adjustment of status within the United States.

Throughout his career, Nagi has worked with legal institutions and organizations dedicated to immigrant rights, where he gained practical experience handling complex cases and providing legal support to individuals and families seeking safety and stability in the United States.

In 2024, Attorney Reyadh Nagi opened his own law office in the Bronx, New York, where he provides specialized legal services in immigration matters and immigrant defense.

Nagi emphasizes that his professional mission is to provide legal services grounded in integrity and transparency while advocating for immigrants' rights, as well as helping Arab and immigrant communities better understand complex legal procedures and access appropriate legal solutions.
